The joint list of Salif Bictogo is by no means made up of fully experienced people who are ready to serve Ivorian football .indeed the candidacy of salif Bictogo originates from the unshakable will of this strong team of presidents that put forward salif Bictogo as a candidate in the football association election to be held on September 10th 2011 .now and then we would like to invite you to discover what they have in store to lead Ivorian football issues during the forthcoming 4 years.among many other impressive things that we have planned to do let’s mention those few but core elements on focus in our progamme.

First of all regarding the clubs financial plan

1.  we commit ourselves to settle the first ever clubs development funds

2.  we go for the organization of the TV rights

3.  we commit ourselves to boost a partnership with a bank in order to sustain clubs in financial issues

As far as the international cooperation is concerned

1.  we also agree on the reinforcement of our relationship with the West Africa Football Union(WAFU), as well as the African football confederation (CAF)and the world football governing body FIFA

2.  We are to focus on the consolidation and the strengthening of our national teams’ assets such as its top ranking position in Africa according to FIFA.

The social policy will be oriented on

1.  We fully back an insurance policy in behalf of all Ivorian football big family members.

2.  We commit ourselves to set an insurance office for the football association FIF.

3.  We go for the creation of old football glories funds in view of assisting them daily.

The clubs organization plan will be focus on

1.  the endowing of clubs with much more legal power through their statutes

2.  The empowerment of clubs by building a football house for each club.

3.  The settlement and the development of the football clubs academies.

4.  The travelling of clubs by providing them with means of conveyance that is to say a bus for each football club.

5.  the accommodation of the travelling clubs that is to be secured for

6.  some seminaries on clubs management issues to be done in order to strengthen the management skills of our football officers

At the international level

1.  we commit ourselves to fuel all our teams involved in the international competitions

Regarding reorganization of the football leagues

  1. We will for sure increase the number of the first leagues clubs from 14 to 16 clubs.

  2. We will keep the formula of groups to be implemented at first league level as well as at second and third division.

  3. We support the creation of regional football competitions divided into zones as far as the third division clubs are concerned.

  4. We commit ourselves to create a district of football in order to organize the competitions of the youth through the participation of the football academies

At level with the football development policy

  1. We do back the promotion of youth football, women football and futsal.

  2. We agree with to training of young players.

  3. We will care about the training of coaches, refrees and football medicine officers

  4. We will also renew all the football facilities

  5. We will make the games more attractive.
